Company Background

SUREHOME was founded in 2004 by John and Jan Eggenberg. We provide home inspections and pre-inspections to Greater Omaha and the surrounding areas. At SUREHOME, we are impartial and work only for you. Our job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent and objective evaluation of your real estate investment. All inspections are performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

What to Expect

The home will be inspected in the morning for a meeting at noon or in the afternoon for a meeting at the end of the day. Your convenience is important to us. We take care of making the arrangements for your inspection. It all begins with one call from you. You decide the best day and time to meet with your inspector to review the report. Your home inspection report will be emailed on site, complete with a summary page, pictures, and illustrations. We will take the time to fully explain the condition of your home. Follow up phone consultations are included in the price of the inspection.
